Atar notes complete course notes edition 1 Module 1 Matrices misprint?

Hey everyone,

just have a question regarding Module 1 Matrices, on page 45 with the triangular matrix, my teacher is saying that the labels should be the other way around. Is this correct?

I believe the first matrix on that page does have an error in it. The first matrix (for the a-b-c-d network) should be:
