theatre was fun - i did it last year as my 3/4 in yr 11

my monologue was solange lemerciere [for any of those who went to top acts this year, you might remember she was played by a girl with a massive black and white set, and then again by a girl who chose to perform it with an oriental interpretation].

hows everyone finding it this year?

my two best subjects

i thought the solo was easier
purely because performance is what i am good at

i reckon it depends on your abilities
but the written is so damn easy considering theres so much overlap between theatre and drama theory.

in fact, ITS THE SAME

not that im complaining, of course...

Hi,

I'm having a bit of trouble manipulating the theatre studies theory questions.

I'll give an example

"Describe how you would apply one or more theatrical style/s to inform the use of acting to interpret the character of either MICHELLE or MICHAEL in the scene."

I don't fully understand what the question is asking me. I am finding lots of these confusing questions. How do i go about it understanding them/studying?

Thanks

Nic K

Theatre is better cause it's singing, dancing and acting. Drama is just acting.
