Hey marknicolai192,
I'm sorry to hear this!
If your feeling burnt out, I would suggest taking a break, where you allow yourself to unwind honestly, meaning you are not just taking the break because you're procrastinating but because you need it.
I would even dare to suggest taking either the whole of next weekend or at least a day off to unwind, go out with friends and family and just forget about school and do what you love.
And if your exhausted, get some sleep, make sure your eating enough, get some exercise.

Then, when you back into the school work, make sure you plan before you start working, work smart not hard and reward yourself often with a break where you do something you enjoy.

Hope that helps!

Life is like a flame. It is ruthless, it is painful. How do we overcome its might? A flame? Water? Find something that can relieve your stress, put it out. A phrase that keeps me going is to just de-press and to think about those who can't even get an education, let alone the Internet to be on AN.

Hey
Maybe you should get some sleep and look after your physical condition

I know that working 24/7 doesn't exactly help
When studying you should feel fresh, rejuvenated and motivated to learn.

Set yourself some small goals for tasks you want to complete in a specific time frame
and follow by rewarding yourself.

In regards to procrastination maybe just block what is causing you to be distracted or tell yourself that ' your nearly there'

Assuming the fatigue is study-related (which it might not be - you should consider other factors as well and consult a doctor if necessary), you might want to look at the way you're studying, or at least attempting to study.

"Studying" for like three hours when you're actually not that focused and are kinda looking at the clock can be draining. In one sense, you get the worst of both worlds: you're not being productive, and you're also not enjoying your time. A better split of time is to work productively for half as long, and then half the rest of the time off.

A question for you: what are your usual study habits? If you think about when you study, how you long you study for and how you study, you might be able to better pinpoint how you can improve your study habits and help avoid feeling burnt out again in the future. :)

I'm sorry you're feeling this way. It is literally impossible to focus or achieve anything if you are feeling so burnt out. You need to take care of you first before diving into all the work again, so take a break. But not one where you mindlessly sit on youtube or whatever, get outside, take a walk, spend time doing some of the things you enjoy and make you happy so your mind at least is more at ease. And for the physical side of yourself, you need to be having a sufficient quality and quantity of sleep each night and nourish your body with wholesome foods.

Possibly talk to a teacher you trust about how you're feeling, they may be able to ease the load. And when you're ready to get stuck back in, find out why you're procrastinating and set some small, achievable tasks so big chunks don't overwhelm you. Take time for you, don't neglect yourself or else nothing will fall into place.

Take care, there's not that much longer to go, chin up, stand tall and be confident in yourself and your abilities!!
You can do it!!  :)
