study score...

what do we have to get for exam 1 and 2 in order to get 45?.....according to this year's difficulty...
2008: Chinese FL [40]
2009: ESL [-], Methods [47], Physics [46], Specialist [49], Uni maths [5.5]
ENTER: 99.60
2010: Commerce @ Melb

a 45 is an extremely high score, the top 2% of a subject. i.e. the 98th percentile of specialist maths students
you would only be able to drop 3-4 marks over exam 1 and exam 2 i would suggest

Last year wasn't it like top 3% got 72+. I would imagine you could lose 5 marks for 45.

Where did you find that out :O

lol I thought it was on the assessment report. Checked again it's not there so probably just got it confused with another year where they gave the % getting more than 90%.

A friend last year dropped 3 over both exams and got a 49 so yeah I guess you can make some comparisons.
PhD @ MIT (Economics).

Interested in asset pricing, econometrics, and social choice theory.
