When calculating the voltage of a galvanic cell, why don't you double the E oxidant/E reductant value if you doubled the half equation to make a full equation?

Voltage is a measure of how strong the flow of electrons is. It is not affected by the moles of substance used (because it is still in the same proportions when you double the entire equation), and so you shouldn't be changing the E value when calculating the voltage.
