Let me just say this - everyone has different strengths! Yours may not be academia as taught in high school. Obviously I don't know you or your situation, but it may also be simply this year - which is a crazy year anyhow!
If you're so very stressed, too, have you tried things like breathing techniques? I read once in a book about relaxing by breathing and imagining yourself sinking into the ground with each exhale. I tried it and found it does help. Make sure you take breaks, eat/sleep well, etc., to minimise the impact your stress will have on your abilities.
Also, getting an ATAR of 50 or below does not mean you are dumb. Simply that academia is not your strength, or that there are circumstances beyond your control. An ATAR is not a definition of you - just of a tiny facet of you. If you try as hard as you can, that's a valuable life skill anyhow, being able to focus and try really hard. If you just do your best and accept whatever you get, also remembering this year is a crazy and unprecedented year, it will serve you well in life. This is one year, one test. Not life defining.
Also don't forget you may be underestimating yourself! Many people do.
Sorry for my bad expression of what I'm trying to say, but I hope you get the point. :)
