I did BM last year, and the opposite happened. Pretty much every single past exam had a question asking you to describe the 'inputs, processes and outputs' of OM. I pretty much had the answer memorised, then get to the exam, and no question on it. Lol, I was so annoyed, it was a question I was going to do first and be certain to get full marks for

Comparative standards is simply evaluating the performance of employees then ranking them from most productive to least productive.

Absolute standards is simply evaluating the individual performance of an employee then writing a report on their productivity.
