how did people go?

tbh slightly easier than what i expected, just concerned for one question i think it was 6 regarding the protection of rights under the Constitution. Although it didn't specify, did one need to compare the Constitution and a foreign Bill of Rights for this question?

i struggled for time and i thought the 6 marker on the constitution was hard :|

the 5 marker on civil pre trial was a pain too.

me and my friends thought it was harder. There was a question that was unusual. something about how s109 in the constitution will affect this law. Essay topics where good though and i did incorporate how australia and another country (UK) protect human rights for that question

ahh bad luck guys i'm pretty sure 'evaluate' required some analysis of +/- about the referendum but hey if it's only 4 marks max you could lose is probably 2. Assuming you get all the other marks that's 48-50
