say my worst subj is Chem and i get 25 raw but its my seventh subj so it doesnt count toward ENTER (ATAR). Does the Uni still look at the seventh subj even if it hasnt contributed to ur ENTER?

Say its a pre-req of 25 min in CHem...

If it is a pre-req, then of course unis will look at it.  It doesn't matter if you got above the Clearly-In ENTER, but if you don't meet all the pre-reqs, then no matter what you do, you cannot get into the course through VTAC that year.

Obviously the 7th subject isn't counted to the ATAR, so from that perspective, no but...

If it's a pre-req, or it may be use for middle-band calculation, then yes the uni will look it the study score.
