Adding new courses to application

Quick question. I wanna dissect my preferences, adding and removing a few courses. However just about every uni course claims there closing date for applications is the same as VTAC's entry (RMIT specifically). Would adding stuff this week still be ok? I know the obvious answer is most likely right but...eh.
