It opens this year.

It's not really a selective school though. It's a science school - the majority of applicants are admitted, but all have to sit a test to ensure that they're strong enough in science. If not, they sit an interview to see whether they harbour a true interest in the subject.

not to sound like an ass, but i dont want high school kids being around monash all day :(
2010: Bachelor of Economics @ Monash University - Clayton
Sem1: Priciples of Accounting/Finance, Principles of Microeconomics, Business Statistics, Japanese 5
Sem2: Intro to Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Principles of Macroeconomics, Japanese 6

and they wont be directly around monash all day anyway

and they wont be directly around monash all day anyway

Plus... you get school kids touring Monash all the time to see what the campus is like... they come by the bus load.
