It opens this year.
It's not really a selective school though. It's a science school - the majority of applicants are admitted, but all have to sit a test to ensure that they're strong enough in science. If not, they sit an interview to see whether they harbour a true interest in the subject.
not to sound like an ass, but i dont want high school kids being around monash all day
