Can someone explain to me clearly how a large organization develops an industrial base and stimulate infrastructure?

An LSO invests large amounts of capital into there industry base to ensure there operations are successfull.

An LSO requires significant infrastructue to run its operations, and sometimes this is not available to the organisation, so to fix this, they make infrastructure for there operations. and a positive contribution a LSO makes is making that infrastructure available to the general public,
example of a positive contribution ,
when ford needed a highway from there geelong plant to distribution centers, so ford collaborated with the victorian government and got part funding for the highway and made it available to the publics use.

Large organisations use state of the art technology, techniques and management practices to ensure its staff develop skills, knowledge and expertise to drive the visions of an organisation. This therefore makes Australia a 'smarter' country

2). Stimulates Infrastructure Growth
Due to large organisations wanting to expand and growth, they will requires roads, gas lines, telecommunication facilities etc. in order to meet this goal. Through this new structure, this will benefit the local communities as it improves their standard of living.
