Multiplying Matrices

Hey Guys,
Would anyone be able to teach me how to multiply matrices because I don't understand my teacher.
Just a bit confusing.

use your calculator. you don't need to be able to do it tech-free.

yeah nah i know how to do it on teh calculator, but i have to know how to do it by hand?
would you be able to help me?
