Yo,

I'm not doing Psychology for VCE but I'm really interested in it.
But is it pretty much based on memory? Casue i hate subjects that're 90% based on memory (e.g. Business Management.)

thank you.
It's all over now..

first year Semester one at Monash has no experiments at all.

Semester two has a experiment on diffusion of responsibility vs normality theory experiment, which involves you dropping some paper and seeing if people would pick it up.

From there, there would experimentation in all second year subjects

third year, I'm not sure, but in one unit for sure, you get to make your own experiment.

How do the experiments work, for example does every student just carry out their own experiment by finding their own participants? Or is the experiment conducted in front of the whole class.

First year, you go out and find your own participants,

Second year, you're experimenting on yourself during class (everyone does it)
