Subjects that are a memory focus (eg biology or psychology): summarise course into notes (probably too late to do this properly if you haven't already) then go over notes learning them.

Subjects with a specific set of techniques (eg english or maths): cover major concepts in revision then focus on writing sample essays/doing questions

Subjects in between (eg history): write practice essays/SAQs but also test my ability to learn specific facts, such as lists of dates or quotes.

I have ten minute break and most of my subjects in a day, if i miss out on one, i make sure i make up for it the next day. Not all are one hour, some 40 minutes others two..depending on what I'm doing.

i'm on my break now ^__^

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me -- and there was no one left to speak for me.

for me I find long periods of study more beneficial.
2010: Biology 37+   Literature 25+    Physical ed 36+   Psychology 44+
ATAR: 80+ and I will be happy.

Usually when i'm hungry and i'm halfway through a chapter, i tell myself i can't eat until i finish it. Same concept as offering a dog a bone. It works. We are human. We need food.
