One card is randomly selected from a standard deck of 52 cards, find the probability that it is either red or a club and has a no. that is at most 5 or at least 8 on it.

At most 5 or at least 8: 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10 (i assume you don't include ace?)
Pr (at most 5 or at least 8 AND is red) = 7x2 /52 = 14/52
Pr (at most 5 or at least 8 AND is a club) = 7/52

Add them together you should have 21/52.
Hope that's right.
