i said one of the functions for the first questions
was to make it sound like its spoken, through the use of discourse particles and stuff...  i dont know if thats right or not

I said something about mimicking spoken with the discourse particles. The editor could have gotten rid of them but they added stylistic value. Not for the first quesion though.

I said it was to inform about the offer and how to purchase tickets as well as persuading the target audience of young adults (due to the language used) to take up the offer by using language that they are familiar with???
