anyone have solutions for this paper?

i'm perplexed by question 2c - there's two carbon environmennts and only 1 proton environment? is that right? how does that fit in with the isomers you draw in 2b?!

confusing!

well, if you think about it:

CH3C(CH3)BrCH3 works =)

Code: [Select]
      H
  H H-C-H H
H-C---C---C-H
  H   Br  H

yep yep, only realised after i looked again that 'two peaks on the 13C spectrum' means 1 peak for a carbon environment and one peak for tms.

thanks a lot
