As an aside I think that you should structure notes around the dot points in the study design, rather than just condensing the text book. Obviously, I have no idea if you're doing this already.. but if not, I recommend you do.

handwrite notes because everytime I try to type them i end up on either this or facebook and never end up typing them LOL
