Is their such thing? Do they also add your SAC marks or is it just an indiction to see how the student preformed in school? If it does have a contribution how much? Btw, this year I did 1 3/4 subject which was LOTE: Turkish.
2011:
Aims-
English 35, Further 45+, Methods 35, Physics 32, Turkish 33, Legal 28.

Unit 3 and 4

School-assessed coursework and end-of-year examinations:

•   Unit 3 school-assessed coursework:    25 per cent
•   Unit 4 school-assessed coursework:    25 per cent
•   Examinations*:   oral component   12.5 per cent
                             written component   37.5 per cent

I don't know what you're exactly asking, thought that's how LOTE: Turkish is assessed by VCAA. Unit 3 & 4 SACs make up 50% of your SS. SACs are an indication of how well a student is performing in comparison to other students doing the same subject - which in your case is Turkish.

In addition to my previous point and to answer that question, yes - it does both. SACs make up your SS in any subject (i.e. English, Methods etc). SACs are an indication of how well a student is performing in comparison to other students doing the same subject - this is generally given by a ranking.

Generally SACs total up to 200 marks (100 for each Unit), though this could be different for LOTEs. It's a separate GA (General Assessment) - and it's shown separately from your exam grade, when you receive your SS.
