Further Maths? OR Health and Human Development?

Hi Guys,

I'm new here so first of all I'd like to say hi! ;D

Anyway,  I'm in a bit of a sticky situation :-\  I have to choose between further maths or HHD and I'm not too sure what I should do.  I'm doing maths methods so not having a maths isn't a problem  ;) I wan't to choose what will get me the best score.  So basically, my question for you guys is: Which subject can I do really well in quite easily (I'm aiming for the 45+ mark)?  Thanks a lot. :smitten:

If you're half decent at maths and willing to put in some hard work to eliminate careless errors then 45+ in further is the way to go

As mentioned by the previous posters, further is pretty easy if you can cut out silly mistakes. And you can finish the course over the holidays in a week.

Just don't get cocky when you do methods+further in the same year, do not neglect further!!

Further will be a better chance of you getting a good score if you are decent at maths and are willing to work hard at minimising silly mistakes. It may require some study though since it being neglected can result in poor scores.
HHD on the other hand is a whole lot of ROTE learning which may cut into your time of properly studying for your other subjects rather then be memorising everything for HHD.

Good luck with your studies next year.

Further for sure, a lot easier, less stressful..also, gives you better chance for a better score, and the scaling is not as bad as HHD ( if you want the best score)

Well judging from the looks of it i'd agree and say further. Don't let the supposed theory of 1 study score per mark scare you, some people this year did amazing despite losing a few marks because of their SACS! So just work hard at it and it WILL pay off.
