haha my pride huh. i guess thats right. do you think its good to aim high, even though theres probably no chance ill get there?
Aiming to beat your friends/peers is always a good motivational tool. Bets would work as well, as long as there is enough at stake
There's always a lot at stake when competing against *some* friends, even if the only tangible reward you're working for is a mayobated pizza
Now that i think aobut it, your pride is at stake! That is worth A LOT
Exactly. If you're at home, tossing up between starting work and another bout of procrastination, you'll hopefully think to yourself: "Hmmm, I bet *Friend I want to beat* is using this time productively, I'd better get my ass in gear..."
actually most of my friends are the total opposite of that, always very unproductive, and get good marks. Dont know if its true, but they always seem to have lots of time..
but oh well. i did finish a part of my holiday homework today, so i feel accomplished

No worries
Yeah tumblr sure is awesome. I was using wordpress but when I discovered they wanted to charge me for domain mapping I went straight to Tumblr and have loved it ever since (apart from this one day of downtime). So does this mean you have a tumblog? If so, linkage please
