Japanese SAC on Tuesday...

So I have my writing SAC on Tuesday :-\ and I have to write a speech about school life (specific topic not known).

But when I wrote my practice SAC she said that it was very weak compared to my usual level!  So she said put in some advanced grammatical patterns and work on better intro. and conclusion.

So my questions for you guys are:

1)  Is the speech format meant to be very formal???

2)  Do you know any advanced grammatical patterns to surprise my teacher???

3)  Can you give me an example of a 10/10 intro and conclusion about school life so I can see and compare mine to yours???

Thanks a lot for your help!  :)

Much Appreciated :-* :smitten:

2) some I've learnt from uni jap ~

よく言えば、悪く言えば   "to put a good spin on it.... to put a bad spin on it..."   example below

。。  "...but, on the other hand~"    example below
-

As for me, I think..."    example below

“I, myself, think I’m fat but my friends say I’m normal (average)”

hehe @ the fat example :P

Do you guys write in plain form more or polite form??
I avoid plain form at all costs lol i.e. ill always choose to write a report or whatever instead of a diary.
