How long have you spent on the Site?

Some of us spend way to much time on here when we should be studying  ;).
I'm slightly worried as I've clocked up nearly 48 Hours logged into this site in less than a month :|.
This can't be healthy and has already started to eat into my study time!
:D
Strategies to overcome this?
Just wanted to get the general amount of time spent on here.
