extra useless book

I'm trying to sell my Linguistics textbook and apparently since I did the first year unit in 2009 the textbook now comes in a pack with something called 'Essential Guidelines for Social Science Students' I had someone contact me interested but they dont know whether the extra thing will be needed and whether to buy my book on its own or not.

Has anyone heard of it (not sure if they had it packaged with the linguistics book last year too)/do they think it will be useful? :S if so, im screwed trying to sell my book.

You can buy the Guidelines book separately, and still have it work out cheaper than buying the bundle from the monash bookshop.
I bought the textbook for $8, and didn't realise there was another book. found it on booko for $20.
