Burbs, how am I creating trouble? If you check the time I posted that original comment in this tread, it was way before the apparent 'derailing' on the other thread. So the 'the taking a clear dislike' for Vision doesn't really add up does it? I am making fair and reasonable points, I m not throwing f-bombs and going around with personal attacks, how then, can I be the one who is creating trouble? If you know me from the start I joined this community, you would've know that I am no troll, and had always been polite to all members of the VN community. I am not the one, unlike Visionz, who had been banned by Ninwa's magic stick before.

Oh sorry didn't see the times of posting, so I take that bit back. However, your other post (about being bros) was a bit much, and was judged that way by your peers. I have seen you to be quite composed in the past but here it seemed malicious. Visionz' comment was ignored by others and downvoted accordingly, and this thread really doesn't have enough content to be going into a debate.

I'm just trying to keep some threads on topic so that one debate topic doesn't start a riot :P

"I like how you tell me to stay on topic. Then start discussing the slightly off-topic points I raised...
I felt what I had to say was relevant (in hindsight, loosely Tongue ) I dont need a non-moderator with a wank avatar telling me how to use a forum. "

I don't understand how my bro comment is taken as malicious. It is logically, very pale in comparison to his sexualized insults (wank avatar) which was made in the first place. And no, sad as it is, it wasn't down voted, it is +4. But honestly, i don't care about the votes or so, because I believe it is a cowardly way to down vote something without having any literal-justifications.

"I'm just trying to keep some threads on topic so that one debate topic doesn't start a rio." And I was also doing the same for the last thread though some people sees it as derailing. It's really not too hard to see who the troll is.

Please tell me how to wank my avatar?

You put your left hand it, and your left hand out, and your left hand in, and you shake it all about. You do the hokey pokey and you shake it all about. Thats what its all about.

Sorry, I might get downvoted for this, but I was compelled to do it ):
About Philosophy

When I see a youth thus engaged,—the study appears to me to be in character, and becoming a man of liberal education, and him who neglects philosophy I regard as an inferior man, who will never aspire to anything great or noble. But if I see him continuing the study in later life, and not leaving off, I should like to beat him - Callicle

Lovephysics, please take the policing down a notch. I respect what you're trying to do, but I don't care for the way you're doing it.

Visionz has been banned by my magic stick for a week, for poor conduct and trolling in several threads.

On a similar note, several other members have been either banned or warned tonight about their conduct. I really don't like moderating, guys... seriously, I could be watching TV and eating strawberries right now... and yet it's clearly necessary.

Please remain on-topic.

"vce sucks. high school sucks.
do something that you have fun doing. be good at it. be professional at it. get a hobby for a job.

vce is over-hyped and runs for an obscene amount of time. you are tested on shit you dont give a fuck about.

unfortunately its the only PATHWAY to a proper education. " Visionz

OP did not ask for your opinion about VCE. If you want to bitch about it, start your own thread and loose the f-bombs. VN is created to help students to succeed in VCE, don't take it out to vent your frustration or feud with VCE just because you have had a bad experience with it. Be thankful that you are in a country that offers education, and spare a thought for those disadvantaged people around the country/world who would give up anything to have the opportunity to be educated. Besides, what makes a good education can only be decided by that individual him/herself, going through Tafe, VCAL or IB are many ways in which people can set themselves up for a future, be that through a more academic-focused or a practical/hands-on education. There's nothing such as a 'proper' education. Just because VCE is one of the more common ways in getting educated doesn't necessarily mean you have to take that road- man up, grow some balls and choose the education that suits you. After all, isn't that what you were essentially trying to promote?

LOVEPHYSICS man you just take yourself too seriously. Chill a bit.

@ OP, you should just try multiple methods that maybe have worked for your in prior years or just browse these forums a little and you'll find heaps of suggestions. In the end we're all different and something that is great for me might be terrible for you, so just experiment and soon you'll find something right for you.
