I got 18/20 for my trig sac and currently ranked 5 (after one sac) in a pretty competitive cohort. Is it still possible to get 50?

Nothing's out of the question this early in the year. If you're consistent in achieving those sort of marks for your SACs throughout the year and you do well on the exams at the end of the year, then 50 is very possible.
