If my subjects do not qualify for "Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics" at Monash (Clayton Campus) University, are there any other ways to get into the course?

http://www.monash.edu/study/coursefinder/course/3404/domestic-requirements.html

It says I require Chemistry which is subject I do not have.
If I specifically want Monash, is there still another way to get into the course?

Choose an alternative course, and then transfer at the end of your first year to Monash? Assuming you have the necessary grades and whatnot.

Do a general science/health science course and take chemistry in first year to meet the prereq
Do VCE chemistry as one subject in a bridging year
