I havent ever been good at maths and probably the worst thing i have done is not continuing further maths in year 12 due to failing it in year 11 (teachers fault) But anyway!
My question is can i still try to do the bachelor of health science at la trobe even though i didnt successfully complete unit 2 of maths?
My dream course at ballarat uni (sports and exercise science) i know i cant do, but this is really my only option left! Please help!

According to - http://www.latrobe.edu.au/coursefinder/local/2012/Bachelor-of-Health-Sciences.7217.html

The prerequsites for the course are - VCE Units 3 & 4: study score of at least 25 in English (any), or 30 in English (ESL), and at least 20 in one of Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics (any), Physical Education or Physics.

So as long as you do English or ESL plus any one of either Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics (any), Physical Education or Physics and get the required study scores and ATAR you should be fine.

What happened in Year 11 won't matter.

Hope this helps.
BSc. UoM. SMD.
