How to get an ENTER OF 0.05

Why isn't white out allowed?

 That was my school in yr 9. Dunno, they didn't seem to like anything "artificial", people weren't allowed to colour their hair for example

Why isn't white out allowed?

I think white out isn't allowed because you can vandalise tables or something minor like that. That's what happened in my Psychology exam last year; I brought in white out, and they confiscated it off me.
