Do VCAA take marks off for this?

So yesterday in my environmental science exam for a couple of the short answer questions I ran out of room and wrote a bit under the given lines, I know that's probably bad haha but do you lose marks?  :-\

My friend told me the examiners just cut it off and mark you on what's on the actual lines?

Curse my big handwriting lol  :tickedoff:

No.  This is not a problem.  I rarely find myself able to stick to the allocated number of lines/space that I am supposed to answer in.  :)

I had the same problem in legal studies last year. I decided that examiners would find it more annoying to turn to the extra space section in order to read an extra two or three lines than reading a couple of slanty sentences.
