Just back from spending the year at Oxford. Now onto final year Monash MBBS.

Nice solutions, I disagree on the DTH vs. type 1 hypersensitivity but there's no point making a big deal out of it

Yeah I know what you mean and I completely see your point - I just think that's what VCAA are looking for, not necessarily what's the best answer.
It's quite clear in Nature of Biol at least, that they want you to think IgE + mast cells when you hear anything about an allergy.
