How long after an exam has been done do they put it on the VCAA site?

It varies. Unit 3 Physics took ages to come online (because of all the mistakes they made).

It all depends on the subject.
Exams get there relatively quickly (maybe a month, don't remember)
The assessment reports, you need to wait until at least march/april next year, could be longer.

If you really want to see the exam again around now, best bet is to rock up to school and ask your teacher

Ah... a month? Two?

Next year is a good bet for most subjects, as the December break everyone gets holidays.

I would say early February, after the results are released. It could be only  amonth from now though.
