How does it work? Should it concern a VCE student?

If you're following a standard VCE program as prescribed by your school, you should meet all the requirements.

Do all VCE subjects contain the same amount of credit points?...probably not, it would probably defeat the purpose of having them in the first place I guess. Are they seperate from ENTER or study scores?

It just refers to how many units you have to pass in order to complete your VCE. As long as you're doing an English of some sort, at least 4 year 12 subjects and a similar amount of year 11 subjects, you will get the VCE. So, yay for you!
