Did anyone get a SS of 40 in Legal in 2007?

In 2005, it went to 40.21. Im pretty sure, because a good friend of mine got this. Hope this helps

Wait...but for example, if I type in 41 for English Language, it goes to 42.8, yet the scaling report doesn't say decimals...so where did it get the decimal from?

It uses the scaling report data, but it gets the decimals by using either a linear model (or some other more complicated one) to guess the scaling at 41 (it will be some value in between 40 and 45, as given by the scaling report)

I know it has been answered 100 times but I don't know the answer so I'll ask again (not that it's a big deal, just wondering incase someone else asks me).

If I did Legal in 2007, will by scaling by the same as the scaling for those who graduated in 2007, or will it be compared with 2008 legal studies students?

It will stay as the scaling compared to that corresponding year. I done Psych last year, so this will be scaled according to that year, and not the subjects you are completing this year.

       It *has* been scaled and will stay the same. Why would you be pitted against this year's cohort which is different to last year's, along with the exam?

Yeah, it scales with the year that you completed it, which makes sense - it's only fair that you're compared to other students who completed the same exam as you.
