does anyone know if it changes from year to year? eg: will the 174.4 needed for 95 last year go higher/lower?
and what influences it? i heard it's the 30 best people per .05 or something, moving from 99.95 backwards, and then they move on to the next .05 and so on. is that correct?

I don't know much about this stuff, but what I heard was the aggregates went up marginally in 07 compared to 06. e.g. for a 99.00 in 07 you needed 193.8 whereas 193.6 was sufficient in 06. So really, very small differences. Hopefully someone who knows more will reply!

haha, well i hope it stays the same/goes down. that marginal difference might just kill my chances of getting 95 -_-
