What was everyones reasoning for Q3?
I put C (trains and trams) because it said which one wood not be a resuilt of market forces or something. Market forces imo would change the price or qty supplied or cars, not produce substitute products (trains an trams)

i said the not allowing people to drive in cbd coz increased trams n busses could be increased in demand for pubic transport due to rising fuel prices blah bah blah, that woz my reasoning
