i got 16D
and i did flip it

It's C

dV/dh = pi*r^2 => dh/dV = 1/[pi*r^2] = 1/[4pi] (r=2)
dV/dt = 2 (given)

dh/dt = dh/dV * dV/dt = 2/[4pi] = 1/[2pi] [C]

ah yes i think i found my problem
i subbed in r=2 into v=pi*r^2*h first up...instead of doing it later
