a 16 yr old kid killed a 17 yr old kid on a train....

just on the news i heard that the 16 yr old kid is appealing for bail...

That's crazy. What was the boy doing carrying the knife in the first place? I guess I wouldn't give him bail, but that's just because I would be afraid he may be a repeat offender and pose as a serious risk to the community in general.
