stuck on a question. help.

okay so i finished learning about the process of cytosis, endo, exo, pago, pino ctyosis etc and then i came to this q and i'm stuck. can someone shed some light please?
List four types of substances that are secreted from cells?

Hormones, proteins, polysaccharides and digestive enzymes (no other types of enzymes are secreted because most enzymes are required within cells to perform their role). These substances are all produced by cells, and are then secreted to perform their function elsewhere within the organisms body. Some do remain inside the cell though obviously, if the cell requires them.

Yeah I dunno mate...I'd say at the most you'd need to write a definition of exocytosis, and then give an example of what can be secreted via exocytosis.

yer my class is up to biomacromolecules too, but i'm going at my own pace. Starting chapter 3 tomoz.
