Congrats. I received an ENTER score of 95.15 I was considering to apply for an irregular offer to get into Medicine at Monash. Do you it is possible considering the fact that my personal background has been really tough and it has impacted on my VCE performance.

You can't get in. There are extra requirements that had to be met months ago.

First of all: Congratulations :)

Would you mind explaining what you mean by being in the rural cohort but not a rural student? Does that mean that after studying medicine, you have to work in the 'rural areas' for a certain number of years?

Oh, there is the ERC stream with medicine, which basically involves going on clinical rotations in rural areas instead of metropolitan areas.

what still confuses me is how do he interviewers remember how ever single person went on their interview? i mean do they like write down how the interview is going during the interview or what?

The interviewers do jot down some notes about what you're saying during the interview.  They also take a photo of you before your interview so they can match the name with the face, I guess!
