Sending Laptop for Repair

I've got a HP laptop, and found some problems with the screen today. There's like a thin horizontal line on the screen (near the toolbar) flickering every few seconds.

I contacted HP customer support live chat and told them about my problem and said they will replace the screen for me for free (it's still under warranty).

So they will contact me this Tuesday to arrange a meetup at my place to pickup the laptop for repair. What should I give them? The laptop/charger etc? Also, should I be getting a 'receipt' to prove that it has been sent for repair? And anything I should look out for?
