Well my school just got trashed...

Some idiots must have gotten to school really early (or last night) just to vandalise the place. The art room was broken into and all the paint was stolen then thrown all over the school, including over all the art displays. One room was completely covered in flour, another had all the chairs stacked in a way so when someone opened the door, they all came tumbling down on top of them. All the lockers were thrown around and there was faeces on the stairs =S

The police were called in and all the year 12's were sent home. Fun way to spend our last day at the school...
pwoahh thats crazy!!

We got a warning today to not do anything stupid, and whatever was planned, to not go through with it.. :(

For the past 3 years, the school's been on total lockdown during muck up day. All the back gates are locked and all the buildings, rooms, corridors are locked (the entire student body just stand outside with our bags in the morning). The year 12s rock up super early for a breakfast or something outside since everything's locked, then there's the assembly and they have to pretty much GTFO of the place straight away.

It's been super tame and super boring, but for some reason they're going to get security guards this year. :/

But year 7 was awesome and chaotic.

Oh and apparantly another school vandalised our school's toilets and egged some of our year 12's cars the other day lol.

At the risk of being a lame party pooper (ironic since some1 put faeces at ur school), that's pretty low for somebody to sink, and do that sort of damage to a school which is only there to provide for YOUR needs (i am beginning to duck around from all the stares from people)

Sorry to hear your last few days at school were like that lynt.br :(

You are entirely in the right to criticise such behaviour. It came as a surprise to our whole year level who were the ones who had to suffer because our last day was spent cleaning up paint off the school buildings. Everyone I've talked to has expressed either surprise or disgust at the people - whoever they are - that did this. There is a fine line between having a bit of fun and just plan vandalism and I fail to see how uprooting trees, smearing feces on walls and writing profanities directed at specific students on all the whiteboards is in any way funny.

That's despicable, really...

We're pulling a fake "free dress day" by handing out flyers the day before (after the bell obviously so teachers aren't aware...) to all other year levels. Should be interesting to see how many little yr 7's and 8's rock up without uniform!
When I get sad, I stop being sad, and be AWESOME instead. True story.
