what time does postman pick up the mail from the post box..... does my SEAS application get to the vtac ppl if i put my application in at on 9th oct friday at 4:00? in melbourne

DO NOT put it in the post tomorrow unless it is by courier. Australia Post takes one business day to post if you get it in by ~6pm.

I STRONGLY recommend you drive it in tomorrow and deliver it in person.

VTAC is located at 40 Park St Melbourne.

Don't use Australia Post as it will now be too late (not 100% sure about their Express Post option though). A private courier company may be able to get it there for you but it will cost $$

It MUST arrive at VTAC by 5pm otherwise they will not accept it - and they are really strict about this deadline.

I concur with this, you should deliver it in person even though it may be a pain for you to do it, you will have peace of mind.

I have forgotten to submit a cover sheet for the SCHOLARSHIP application but had one for SEAS, do they have different barcodes and am i screwd?

We're scaring you because it is the truth - not because we are messing with you.

If you want to ensure it reaches VTAC on time you will either need to pay for a courier or hand deliver it.

Perhaps your Careers Adviser/Year 12 Coordinator will be delivering other applications tomorrow and can take yours too (but don't rely on this - be prepared to have to take it in yourself)

Please listen to everyone on this. I have handed application/entry forms in late. Exactly what you want to do - posted it at 9am the same day - because I thought it would get there on the same day.  

IT WILL NOT GET THERE ON TIME.

Even if we were all wrong wouldn't you rather be safe than sorry?

hey i have checked the VTAC website and checked the key dates, in the bottom it says Fri 13 Nov, 5:00pm: Late applications close
so what does that mean!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dude... not even express post has same day delivery.

You will need to pay a courier, bribe a friend, or hand-deliver the application yourself.
