If anything, weird is weaker/less offensive than "unfair".  

Ryan has the right idea.  Places like Japan and India are as they in regards to interracial relationship due to their societies being relatively monocultural; in Australia it might seem less offensive to marry interracially, but that's because we are an extremely ethnically diverse nation.

Haha jay1993 don't worry I wasn't attacking you, and I know what you meant :)

No hard feelings dude. But yeah, just had to point out that this topic is sort of difficult to classify a relationship as "weird" or "normal" since religion, tradition, culture etc all plays a part in it, as well as those individuals who "break custom"

now im going to be completely honest and i don't intend to offend any one but i pefer to keep it to someone of similar background to me not to say that anyone not of similar backround isnt great its just easier for me :) although considreing my background is european /middle eastern my options are not limited :)

true, it can b much easier
language and/or culture clashes and missunderstandings can b common in some inter racial relationships
btw, i dont think any1 is offended :)

I don't think anyone's offended :) I used to be like that - I thought I'd never be attracted to a non-Asian, just because of the cultural differences etc.
