A large part of me is dying on the inside.

So what would you guys recommend? Spread the 9-6 days over to Thursdays and Fridays where I only have 2 hours? Or try to cram Thursday and Friday if possible onto Monday or something so I have 2 days free?

I don't know how the editing works, but 4 days with an average of 5 hours seems good. I'm gonna try doing that many hours a day, but with only 3. :)

I hope the editing process will be "user friendly". I'm a little overwhelmed after having a quick look at the subject timetables where they give you a massive list of all the lectures and tutes.

I went to the first few and then I skipped the rest...I mean, listening to the audio recordings was enough for me in psych :P

lol you listened to the audio recordings?? Where do you get them from? The LMS?

I only have 14 contact hours, so yeah, something like that.

Yes the LMS.
One hour after the lecturer has finished his lecture, the audio recording goes on lms - available for download so you can listen to them on itunes or your ipod.

Not all subjects have audio lectures though. Other subjects I know of that have audio lectures are finance, microeconomics and biology.

Since you mentioned LMS, it reminded me of my conundrum.

In my LMS thing, it has this:

I'm a commerce student. o.0

edit: squance, is it just audio recordings of lectures? monash have podcasts for some subjects, i think. does melbourne have anything like that?

For the "Communitities in which you are participating in thing" I have "Just Finance" (due to being enrolled in Finance 1 last year) even though im an eng student.

In relation to the audios/podcasts thing, as far as I know, they only have audio recordings (so mp3)...well, so far in the subjects that have those kind of electronic tools

Ah, it must be because of my japanese, then.

Those mp3s, though, are they only made up of lecture recordings? When I said podcasts, I was referring to the one costargh put up in some other thread. It was a lecturer dude, and he was talking about upcoming assesments, schedule changes, it had interviews with people for extra curricular activities as well as some interesting facts. He also went over some concepts covered in recent lectures, I guess. It even had nice musical interludes in between each segment, iirc. :D
