YAY... I finally got the timetable I wanted. no more x2 two hour gaps...i'm so happy!! I was worried that I couldn't change anything because language classes are usually very hard to change out of and into something else~ because they are usually overfull ALL THE TIME :@

but luckily I have this timetable program that helped me through this :P I love Alloc8.
I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER!!

Good for you! Right now I've got one two-hour gap and one three-hour gap. If that guy pulls through, though, I should only have 2x2-hour gaps. It should look something like this:

I'm planning to offset the Wednesday gap by doing that mentoring thing. I don't think it was really geared towards someone like me, though. Besides a Russel, I'm the only one with a non-Asian name on the list. ;D

Edmund, is that lecture like my Japanese lecture? Currently it's at 191% overfull. :D

huh? my one only has one lecture option, and it's packed. that's a bit odd.

Yeh, there seems to be only one lecture for that (and is not full) but there are like 6 - 7 tutoarials to choose, some of which are full...

Maybe Finance 1 doesn't have much demand?

Maybe. Accounting has 58 tutes, and they're all full. ;D That guy better get our times fixed before the lectures I want fill up >:( (at 94% now). I'm gonna do Business Finance next year (if I continue on with accounting) anyway, so that's why I didn't pick Finance 1.

But doing Finance 1 is great foundation for Business Finance, making it easier to excel at.

I don't have spots, anyway. Accounting takes up a bunch of subjects, and I'm only allowed to take 18 commerce subjects.

It really sucks. Even if I take a diploma, I'm still only allowed to do 18 subjects. I'd be doing 11 subjects outside my faculty, but that still wouldn't be enough. I thought the whole point was to broaden our learning. How much farther can you go than taking a diploma!? I can still double 'major' (going by Melbourne's fruity system [I'd only be doing 4 subjects in that field]), but I would've wanted to go into the other field a bit more deeply.

Yeh, it seems a bit weird.

Like, they are really limiting the knowledge you will be exposed to in your area of specialisation.

It's only in hindsight that I realise how much of a blessing not getting 25 in methods was :)
