Woolworth's Group Assessment, what to expect?

G'day, how are we all?
On Thursday I have a group assessment for a position at Woolworths, and I wouldn't have a clue what to expect.
Has anyone on here ever gone through this process? If so, what activities does it involve?
Thanks

I've been to one :) Hmm .. I don't remember much but first of all, make sure you dress to impress! Its good to show up with a good impression. I think one of the activities was getting to know one another depending where you seat. Another was where your given scenarios and you tell them what you would do. LOL yeah hope that helps :D Good luck

Ahh I remember going to that, Lol yeah I work at Safeway, umm pretty much you just seated in a room full of other people and are put into a table of maybe 4-6, and at first you are to get to know the person next to you, and then tell everyone else about the person you have just been speaking to. Then you are given scenerios (like was said above) and are to work together and place tasks in order of importance. Then finally they give you a list of barcodes and you are to match the correct barcode number with it's identical barcode e.g.

Link the two numbers;
123456789                        1) 123465789    2) 123457689  3) 123456798  4) 123456789

In which case you would circle 4) because it has the same number.

And Yeah thats basically it, very easy, just have to smile, and pretty much be able to be serious, but then be able to joke around too.

Good Luck Man :)

I've been to one and got through that stage, just dress well and smile. I won't add anything else because everything up there ^ is correct.

Thanks guys. But what does 'dress well' refer to though?

I'm really not sure what to wear haha...and to be honest I'm not too keen on wearing a suit. I don't want to look like a wanker if everyone else is just wearing jeans lol. So yeah, what should I wear?

I wore dress pants and a collar shirt, don't wear a suit (reminds me of Step Brothers haha). Those who rock up in jeans/trackies whatever should feel like wankers, it's a job interview.
