Manslaughter by criminal negligence - death is caused by the accused's criminally negligent act or omission. Negligence is the failure to observe the standard of care which a "reasonable person" in the same situation would have observed. There must be a high probability that death/grievous bodily harm would follow from the negligent act, and you must have really, really fallen short of the normal standard of care. All in all it's a pretty strict standard which has to be proven for criminal liability.
