Polish President Lech Kaczynski and scores of others have been killed in a plane crash in Russia.

Polish and Russian officials said no-one had survived after the plane apparently hit trees as it approached Smolensk's airport in thick fog.

Poland's army chief, central bank governor, MPs and leading historians were among more than 80 passengers.

Ive never liked planes, at least in a boat, shud It fail, u just fall into water

Personal parachutes in planes, they shud hold as many parachutes on the plane as passengers it can hold, what the fuk is so hard about that, no one wud die if the plane fell.

Not that I want to make light of a tragic situation, but just today someone mentioned to me that Wikipedia has more on the Pokemon than the Polish government. Looks like they're doing all they can to catch up

They say you have more chance of being in a plane crash then you do of discovering a new element.

whats the motivation for russia to kill those high level polish officials? i dont know about polish history.

but from what i briefly read.. the plane was short of the runway by like 300 metres? it tried landing 4 times, it was foggy and visibility was low, crappy plane. im not sure if it is a conspiracy, from this stand point it looks more like a tragic accident.

Instead of 'motivation', lets look at 'incentive'. The incentive for russia to kill the high level polish officials is that the price of pizza has fallen.

My conspiracy senses are tingling...

Actually, I have to say I agree with you
No offence to anyone (this is my crazy brain joining the dots erratically :P, I really am sorry), but there seems to be a link between:

- Russian soil
- Russian plane
- the Poles were going to pay homage to Polish PoWs who died in Russia
- Russian-run commission

Hmmm... :D
